THE 50TH POST IS HERE!!!!!!

The much awaited post is finally here. After much brainstorming of ideas for the ingredient and prizes i shall now post all that is needed.

The ingredient:
Potato

Be in any form cooked in anyway using any part.



The criteria for judging is:
30% creativity
20% pictorial representation
50% steps and description

Basically, you need to have at least 5 pictures of the steps u did to complete the dish.
With instruction list and ingredients used. You can even include a video, your own picture or anything u feel will make your entry look good.

Prizes:
Top prize will receive a hamper with all the "rare" food items (e.g. bought overseas, organic, imported) worth $50
2nd prize: A food directory

The top 5 contestants will get a chance to post on Simplelovesimplefood.

The pre-50th post

The next post is the 50th post for simplefood!!!!

So its decided that i will be posting something special.

Just a short introduction for the next post.

It will be a short cooking competition. I will be revealing the ingredient to use to create a cuisine. Be it steam, fry, or bake. Simply take a minimum of 5 pictures and a description of the procedures and send it in to hirokoyu21@hotmail.com to participate. There will be attractive prizes to be won.
